Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mountain Home

Only did carryout because the website was being glitchy, I didn't have cash to pay for delivery and nobody would answer the phone for me to be able to order and pay with my card. It took 3 people for me to pay. Once they figured it out, the original person that was at the counter just stared at me until the customer behind me said something about wanting to pay so he could leave and she snapped at me that my good wasn't ready yet. When it was ready the employee set everything on the counter, called my name and started to walk off, no offer of peppers, cheese, or even a cup for my 2 liter. I said "excuse me, I ordered extra sauces" and she just said "yep, in there" and pushed the boxes closer to me and walked away. I made sure to check my order in the parking lot before I left. The pizza and cheese sticks were good, thankfully, but the sauce on the wings was absolutely rancid. Honestly, breaks my heart because I've been coming to this pizza hut for nearly 20 years but I doubt I'll ever visit this...

I miss the nice professional sweet girl that was there. It's just not the same I tried ordering over the phone the website was having issues and the girls were not hearing they seemed busy too so I came in and they were just laughing as I was still on hold and they were having fun with it too. It then took about an hour from ordering personally there to getting my pizza and i went in and asked if it was almost ready and they said it's still 15 20 minutes out so i had to cancel. I took it personal seeing other people coming and going for takeout. So i left ordered on web something different and another account and i got my pizza in takeout with in 20 minutes. When she came out to bring it to us she looked shocked and kept apologizing for everything all the sudden when it was just her without them mocking us. I don't think I will be back for a long while. I miss the niceness.i miss...

The pizza is good, cheap, and fast. I just get a little frustrated with this particular pizza hut. I've gone here multiple times and multiple times they've gotten something wrong. They aren't big mistakes (white sauce instead of classic, no olives when I ordered olives, or no chicken when I've ordered chicken) I live in bruneau about 30 minutes from mountain home so by the time I've ordered, run my errands, picked the pizza up and headed home and realized they made a mistake it becomes more of a hassle to go back and have it fixed then it is to just not be picky and eat what I get. Like I said they aren't big mistakes, not something I would poorly rate pizza hut for...but still disappointing when its happened multiple times. Still going to eat pizza hut, still going to order from this particular one but could you guys please just be more aware of the order
