Place is great and cozy. Food is pretty good too; had 4 hotdogs with everything and an order of fries with cheese yesterday. Filled me up well. Knocked a star off though because Google said Abe's was open til 6pm Saturday (good enough to go back again). One of the employees apologized but told me they were closed. Sign on the door does say they close at 4pm. Was slightly disappointed Abe's didn't go a bit out if their way to fill a last order (I was here at 4:16pm), even if it was take-out only. Lucky we stopped in on $1 Saturday. We ordered 6 dogs with Everything for $6.46. Awesome deal. The hot dogs were hot where other place are served warm. I thought the sauce had a touch of heat which I enjoyed. Area have several locations in the Wilkes-Barre area. Check out the menu as they offer a lot at very reasonable prices. We had Abe’s Hotdogs cater my husbands birthday party with the food truck this weekend. Amazing experience from beginning to end! All messages and communication is timely and super friendly.
