Bella Brew — Restaurant in Moxee

I never post reviews but needed too for this , I went this morning I like getting a bagel I usually go to the other coffee shop in moxee. But I figured I'd try this place since I never have , the staff that give u your order are not friendly at all. All forced exchanges and I only ordered 2 things a cup of ice (I was happy they have nugget ice) and a bagel with extra cream cheese. When I pulled away I looked at my bagel which was completely squished and broken apart like it was sitting out dry for 2 days I'm not very picky. Because it was breaking apart everywhere it would have been impossible to use cream cheese on it so I didn't eat it and then when I looked at my cup of ice I realized that there was a whole cap to some sort of drink in my ice I don't know if they just didn't like me or if I didn't tip enough but I did tell them it was my first time there and that I usually go to the other place in Moxie but I wanted to try bellabrew out. I love this place. Yes you have to wait a little when they have busy times but it’s only a few minutes. It’s not Starbucks so people should not expect the same set up & service. Appreciate the differences. I come here (Moxee) for Red-bull drinks & yummy cookies & possibly Cheese zombie Fridays, for my coffee drinks I go to Starbucks. During the week its Bella Brew. I appreciate the staff as they are always nice, in great moods professional & know my drinks. My daughter got 35 dollars in gifts cards there. I bought them there but instead of a card they gave them in 5 dollar gift bucks. She went to get her drink and it was 6 something so she gave them 2 five dollars gift bucks and they wouldn’t give here the 4 dollar change or give her the remaining balance on anther card. They said they not allowed to and they kept the difference. This is theft. I will never be back to bad becouse I was a regular. The absolute worst place ever just go to mugshots. At least...
