Hop Country Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Moxee

Guys please tell me how we are supposed to to SUPPORT local when business like Hop Country Bar and Grill make it impossible to do so . Had placed an order online over their own link 🔗 provided . About 30 min had passed no confirmation or any sort of communication received . Therefore I called in and a rude very unprofessional man answered and said sorry we don’t have anything on our end for online . I asked what can we do now and he then confirms he does see my order and that If i would like for him to cancel ? 🤯🥸 why would i want to cancel ???? Then I actually said you know what yes let’s cancel since he came off as not even wanting to fulfill my order for idk what reasons . Then he hangs up on me 😩😩😩😩. I was trying to enjoy this place since it’s so close to home and we have never been. After the fact that people had said negative things we took a chance and we now understand why negative things have been said about this place . Having worked in customer service for over 10 years I decide to call back and talk to a manager for this type of service. Just to be told manager is not there and I asked for the employees name and his response was , when you talk to the manager he can go ahead and give you my name and hangs up 🥴😒🥸 .
