McDonald's — Restaurant in Muddy Creek Township

Stopped in just before 1am on 5/19. Stood in line for 10 minutes as all systems were down for some reason. A very unpleasant girl in a West Virginia hoodie was scrawling cash only orders in a notebook and adding up orders using her cell phone. Meanwhile a guy running around in a tank top with a broken arm was running back and forth attempting to make food and yelling at everyone saying to not put orders in when the systems came back up because it would "confuse the $h:t out of the crew". Completely unprofessional crew and attitude. When the food final arrived after almost a half hour, the coffee was luke warm and our burgers were a sloppy mess. So much for fast food. We will not be stopping at this...

I have been to this location several times and I've had a good experience each time. They have always been friendly and their food has always been good. When they get busy, and they do get very busy at certain times, they do everything possible to keep things moving as quickly as possible. The last time we were there and were really busy, a woman came out to offer assistance ordering with the touch screens, which really cut down on the wait time and kept things moving. My son always removes the pickles and onions from his burgers (that boy ain't right) and they still have always gotten our order right, which is appreciated. Also, I like the Pilot that this McDonald's is located in, so...

Every single time I go here, my order is wrong, and not by a little bit. I mean, the whole order is screwed up. I ordered a chicken wrap for my mom, plain and ranch for myself. They gave us both spicey ! We couldn't even eat it. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and fries with BBQ sauce for my 5 year old. The fries were cold, and the nuggets were burnt! And they gave me honey mustard instead of bbq sauce. My mom got a frozen coke that was straight syrup on the bottom, 22 dollars, and we couldn't even eat it.
