We just moved here from California and never stopped here. What were we waiting for? It was absolutely delicious! I ordered the ribs , my husband the chicken and kids ate catfish and nuggets. It was so delicious. Homemade fries like my dad used to make us 6 kids growing up. The ribs were smoked and very tender. The food servers were so sweet and attentive. I ordered shrimp scampi as I'd never been to this restaurant before. Shrimp was overcooked but still looked appetizing. Looks are definitely deceiving, shrimp tasted as though it was battered in mud. My order finally came to the table unpeeled in a bowl with sauce, no sides, nothing else. Waitstaff informed me this was a new cook and offered to remake my order. No thank you. They never offered another entree nor a return visit to 'make it up to me'. And I still had to pay $15.00 plus tax for something inedible. Plus the cost of a salad and drink. No thanks, I won't...

Wow! What a great meal! I had the 2 piece catfish dinner with coleslaw, green tomato relish, crispy kosher pickles, hot hush puppies and smokey ham brown beans. It was all you eat on the fixings! It was absolutely delicious. The cost only 8.95! Just when I didn't think I could eat one more bite.....
