We drove from Sudan to eat BBQ because it smelled so good,we get there at 6 and there sign says they are out of Pulled Pork,Babyback Ribs,Brisket. She ssid all we have is Sausage and Turkey. I will say the portions are good, not the turkey tho, if you order that you’ll only get two slices but the pulled pork was plenty to share. The only other thing was I asked before ordering if the turkey was tender and moist, and it was a tad dry. Green beans are fresh and not out the can which makes a HUGE difference....

We were passing through Muleshoe at dinner time - so glad we stopped as the food was excellent (best brisket I’ve ever had). The little store in back is a nice and unexpected touch: you can get groceries (including produce and fresh meat) as well as surprises like bags of unmilled wheat.
