CW's Wings and Ribs of Aynor — Restaurant in Mullins

My son got his nuggets and they said the fries would be out shortly. Well, shortly was 45 mins and they were still cooking them SMH. Then the bartender came and scolded me saying that I was yelling. But I was just getting up to leave w my child in arm and the cook kept yelling at me from the kitchen. I was trying to explain that it was fine we'd take it to go until the bartender came and treated me like she did. I thought it was the staff's job to insure customer service and not to show partiality and judgement on a guest without first addressing the problem or finding a peaceful solution. Then the girl at the register tried to charge me for a wing dinner I never got and my son was about to be charged full price when he never even received the order correctly. I feel that this establishment would do much better with an entirely new staff. If the girl that was behind the bar was the one in charge then I am very worried and will never go back to this establishment and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know as a matter of fact I will warn them not to go. This place should feel like hometown happiness when you walk in it is completely red which brings anger in your feelings no one greets you and the cooks can't even handle three tables at one time apparently or my son would have gotten his fries within a timely fashion.. apologies to the owner because I'm almost certain that you don't see this when you will go in you only see what they want you to see. *UPDATE: HAVE SPENT OVER $1,000 ON TAKE-OUT ORDERS, AND HAVE BEEN PATIENT & UNDERSTANDING SINCE THIS PLACE OPENED. AND, AFTER OUR LAST EXPERIENCE, MY FAMILY WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.... EVER!! HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO WANTS CW'S TO DINE AT THE CONWAY LOCATION.

I live less than 3 miles from the CW's in Aynor, but I WILL be driving over 20 miles to the CW's in Conway for the EXTREMELY BETTER QUALITY FOOD, GREAT & FRIENDLY SERVICE, AND WELCOMIMG ATMOSPHERE - CONWAY CW's IS THE BEST!!

At Aynor CW's, there's ALWAYS something WRONG with our take-out orders - EVERTIME!! Food off the grill is ALWAYS BURNT!! ACTUALLY ASKED THEM VERY NICELY, ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, TO NOT BURN OUR FOOD... HAMBURGERS AND GRILLED CHICKEN STILL BURNT!!

Most recently, had to go back 2 times to get our order corrected, AND THEY GOT IT WRONG FOR A 3RD TIME!! THE MANAGER'S EXCUSE WAS, "We have young kids [in the kitchen], and they're doing they best can".... WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!!! We went for our first time to check out the food since reading a Facebook post that so many were recommending their food. I ordered the full rack of BABYBACK RIBS.... which were $21.99. The price didn't bother me, but what I got WAS NOT BABYBACK RIBS, these were either Spare RIBS, or Country Spare RIBS, which is a BIG DIFFERENCE... BABYBACK have NO FAT on them n the bones are very small n the Meat is fall off the bone, but with NO fat. These RIBS they served were "loaded" with FAT, N as soon as I saw them, I knew they were NOT WHAT I ORDERED. They can call them BABYBACK, but they are DEFINITELY NOT.
