Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mulvane

Update: They used to be great, use their own drivers, credit at least a free pizza or the order. This time they credit the $9 for the wings THAT I HAD TO GO GET! Doordash stole my delivery and they've either stole my delivery or haven't shown up AT ALL the last 8 out of 10x! The kid was rude & said nonchalantly, "They probably stole it", then hung up on me. I gave the manager Chris the details, he was, "Too busy" to do my refund, didn't care about his rude employee & even mentioned that he left a note not to give more credits. 🙄 He didn't offer any further compensation even though we went hungry, spent our own gas/time & this has happened repeatedly. Keep blaming Doordash and you'll lose the rest of Mulvane and your jobs. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Billy is awesome. Last minute orders are never an issue. These guys put up with SO MUCH crap when they're out here in a pandemic working their a** off for us! Low tipping and hateful people that cancel. Even the new driver Allan is working 2 jobs to make ends meat, new to town and fighting to learn the area FOR US! Some of the NICEST people in town I've met! From those guys to the manager. Nothing is too much for these fast food warriors! Ignore these other bad reviews because those are from disrespectful trash with more money than good sense! I door dash and pizza hut themselves uses door dash services instead of hiring their own delivery drivers. They are always super slow no matter the time or day. I've personally paid them well over $50 of my money like a "cod" and when their customer doesn't receive their order until an hr and half later after the hut tells them it should arrive they don't want to pay. So I take it back and pizza hut refused to pay me back They took the pizza's back tho. They tried offering me store and I refused so not only was my account over drawn by $43 the manager was very rude and nasty to me and threatened to tresspass me if i didnt leave her store immediately and said she would call the police. I already had a called and they showed up. I was representing my employer and had my 11 yr old child with me and by no means did I exhibit any behaviors that would warrant a tresspass. I just want my $53 that i am rightfully owed. Instead I sincerely hope your nasty obese manager realizes that us dashers routinely see each other hopping from place to place and we will be boycotting her store so prob wont have delivery services much longer. It’s pretty hard for me to leave a 1 Star review but this Pizza Hut earned one and I’d give less if I could. Myself and everyone else eating there seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff . A request for anything no matter how minor was met with disapproval or not fulfilled at all. Noon on a Tuesday, the place is packed and there is barely any pizza at any point in my visit on the buffet. Most of the time less than a full pizza. A pizza to restock the buffet comes out one at time every 10 minutes or so, so it’s gone before most customers get out of there seat to get any. The pizza it’s self was subpar not really any sauce just trace amounts of some thin red liquid under the cheese. I have definitely had better from other Pizza Hut buffets in the past. I feel sorry for anyone trying to call in an order during my visit. The phone rang for long amounts of time while the staff stood around talking. Heck I couldn’t even get anyone to quit talking long enough to take my money when I went to leave. You would think they would at least be in a hurry to take payment.
