Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mulvane

The absolute WORST service ive ever had from this place(8-12-2016)every single time i come here my order is wrong literally no matter day or night. Tonight we ordered $45 worth of food. I told my friend driving to check her bags before we left because they're notorious at messing up. Out of the whole order the only thing missing was the measly .99 nachos that I ordered for one my kids. Normally I wouldn't say anything....what's .99 ?? However thats the only thing she will eat from here. The moment I informed them I was missing the nachos the window got closed in our face and the lady began speaking to someone in the back. She opens the window "did you find them" she says...no I reply and offer to give the food back for her to check which she refuses and closes the window again. Returns with an order of the same nachos I ordered in her hand, no bag, no glove, and no cheese cup to go with it(which is supposed to be included) I ask for the cheese cup she says she wont give me that because its in my bag. Again I say no its not you're welcome to check I would like the cheese that it comes with....closes the window again whoever she had been speaking with in the back comes to the window says we wont be getting anything else. Instantly I'm mad because I paid for it already and didn't have it....I say no I want what I paid for this is ridiculous she says to me "you're not getting anything else and if you don't leave ill call the cops"........later to find out after I placed a call to thw business that was the MANAGER speaking to me!!!!! I work in the food industry, it doesnt come out of their pocket to replace an order. Over a very heated phone conversation the manager refuses to give me her name and says she doesn't have to tell mw because she's busy and doesn't have time for my call. Escalates more....yes of course I was pissed and got loud right back she continues to tell me she would clock out and meet me out back to FIGHT!!!!!! What in the hell kind of people do you have working for this company???? I would have been fired for speaking to a customer that way! It was a .99 order of nachos for crying out loud not my entire order! Get home only to find out 3 more tacos were missing!!! Worse customer service ever...

Updated. New manager is better than previous. Food was fresh and came out quickly. They had 4 people working and it was not busy, plenty of help to walk tray a couple feet to table. Had rubber mats to prevent falling on ice from bad weather, but they were all rolled up and not out to walk on. :/ The manager did not greet us nor any employees, not much to ask for...especially considering it was fully staffed and not busy. Manager looked dirty and we noticed was not good at coaching employees for growth. Prices went up for no change in quantity, quality, or value. Lobby dirty still even on repeat visit. Workers should park away from building where customers can park near building to improve on service piece. Update 5/17/20 hours on window say 10am open, at 10:25 no one answers drive thru, when calling they say they don't open until 10:30, should update their hours accordingly then. Or at least say something at the speaker or window. Poor service as usual. Mulvane restaurants suck...

Always forgets to make all of the food we're always missing a couple things and most of the time its not even made right, I know you guys are human but damn guys its EVERY time. Its worse for for people in belle plaine too because its the "closest" to us, I mean close by 15 minutes so if we don't notice something gone when we get it it's not a simple trip back. Don't come to THIS taco bell if you think you're gonna get everything you ordered. No one wants to even drive back to a place even if its just 5 minutes it's a waste of time for...
