Pizza King — Restaurant in Muncie

This pizza king was great for the few months it was open. Now it is awful. Staff always messes up your order. You don't get what you paid for, so check before you leave. The last time I went, my extra cheese sauces weren't given, which literally happens every time. Went to check the pizza, and my royal feast had basically nothing on it, I could see the sauce and bread underneath the cheese. Staff had closed the lid of the pizza box onto my pizza, so a part of my pizza was stuck to the lid of the box. When showing it to the manager, she says what do you want me to do??? She acts like you're the problem because her staff sucks at their job. Let's start with maybe training your staff correctly. She should be fired. I would come here about twice a month even though it is on the other side of town from me. Now I won't ever return. My friend and I usually go to PK in Selma, however, a recent visit there was not great. The "supervisor " was yelling at a staff member about splitting checks. This went on for several minutes with a customer at the counter. The table across from us leaned over and suggested we ask for our bills to be split. I was embarrassed for both the employee and the customers

We decided to try the new PK in Memorial Drive. We were greeted as we entered the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and attentive, Jessica, I believe. Food was served timely and hot. While the restaurant might not be what we are accustomed to for a PK, I found it to be tastefully decorated and agreed experience. The only negative that I could determine was a staff member sitting in a booth with a bag of food from a competitor.

Buyer Beware! Got breadsticks and cheese to-go for dinner. LOTS of extra cheese was also purchased. The majority of the cheese smelled and tasted like rancid oil. A call was made to the location and manager said many things are being changed. Cheese was not mentioned specifically as a change. Therefore, we don't know if the cheese we received had gone bad or the cheese we got is some new terrible brand. A refund was offered, but was turned down. The manager on duty said they would tell the next person up the line, who would tell the district manager, who would tell the next person until it got to the person that decides what is ordered.
