Dunkin' — Restaurant in Muncy Creek Township

This place is the most inefficient place I have every visited. What ever system they are using is a total waste of time both the companies and the customers. Whoever the manager is needs to serious monitor the complete lack of efficiency of this location. America May run on dunkin but hughesville sure as hell don't. The older lady working the counter is like the grinch that stole Christmas instead of being thankful she has a job she mopes around and drags her feet making everyone who has somewhere to be late. I waited 20 minutes in line for a peanut butter cup donut. They filled my coffee order but somehow walked by the peanut butter cup donuts a dozen times oblivious while filling multiple orders much more complex than mine. Hire some competence PLEASE YOUR STORE IS THE WORST...

Hardly ever do I leave negative reviews when I have a bad experience. So taking the time to write this so people can have a heads up. I've been coming to this dunkin for years as of recent this business has taken a turn in the wrong direction. The younger workers seem to be at social club rather then at work and today aside from finding hair in not just 1 but 4 out of the 5 bagels I ordered I've decided against bringing business here. I witnessed a young lady I will not say her name literally walk around the corner and put her hand down the back of her pants and pick at Her butt for a good 10 seconds, immediately after she picked out a box of donuts with no gloves on and using the same hand... I had to walk out. For the amount of money they generate they should have some pride...

Dunkin Muncy. The young man you have working there definitely should not be waiting on customers. He has ZERO personality. He does not say thank you. He states "what can I get you " & not very nicely. When you pay him at the window he does not say thank you or tell you what your change is. I was in today & ordered a large hot coffee which came to $2.96. I gave him a $5 bill & he handed me my change of $4.04!!!! When I went to school the change would have been $2.04. Lucky for him I'm honest & handed him back $2. Did he say thank you? Absolutely not. Again, he should not be handling the drive thru in my opinion.
