Have been getting food here weekly for a long time. Today, they misheard the order on the phone and argued with me, saying I ordered the wrong thing and they are NOT replacing it. The subs here are great, I've never been disappointed by anything I've ever gotten. Customer service is either friendly or bare minimum, depending on what time of day you show up. It gets insanely busy during the lunch and dinner rush so if you want something between 11am-1pm and 4:30pm-7pm without waiting absolutely call in ahead of time for a pick-up - unless you have time to kill and consider the wait part of...
