We were in casually looking for a new couch and ended up finding a great priced (half off!) matching couch and chair and a half set. Nice Sales lady helped us purchase and pick a delivery date/time. Only strange thing was we picked afternoon delivery and the delivery folks called at 10am saying we were up next, they rearranged their route to accommodate the planned afternoon delivery slot. They were quick and professional removing the old sectional and careful bringing in the new furniture through our tight front door.
Update: We had some unusually quick wear and tear on our couch and chair we purchased. I called and asked what could be done about it since we spent a decent amount of money and expected the furniture to hold up a little bit better. Talked to chad and he came out and looked stuff over, took the tags, and then said I will give you a call back to get things sorted out. A few weeks later, he went above and beyond, going as far to getting new cushion covers for us, and over stuffed parts of the couch/chair that started to sag prematurely the last time. All under warranty. Appreciate a furniture store standing behind their products that they sell. Supporting them rather than throwing things out and replacing them with new when they can be repaired. Great work and our furniture now is back to looking like we just got it delivered....
Read moreThis is an updated review. We initially had a good experience with Keystone Furniture Gallery's Charlie, so that evening I wrote a good review of our experience. I really jumped the gun. When our furniture was delivered it was the wrong color. Ok, no problem, Charlie wasn't sure how that happened, but said he had the correct color of the sofa in stock and that would be delivered in a couple days. The recliner would have to be ordered, would take about 4 to 6 weeks. After 7 weeks and calling to follow up, we received the correct recliner. BTW, the delivery guys are great! So, we paid extra money to have the furniture treated. They gave us the warranty card for this when they delivered the wrong color furniture. So, when we received the correct color furniture with no new warranty card, we questioned whether it was treated. We were met with rudeness and Charlie said if you don't think it was treated you're welcome to bring the furniture back in. There was no understanding that we were concerned because there was no new warranty card to go with the new correct color furniture and we paid extra for this service. I told Charlie I was not happy with the way I was being spoken to, he offered no apology. This experience has been a fiasco. They have lost us...
Read moreMy grandmother bought a LaZboy recliner from Keystone over 2 years ago and recently it had an issue that needed pretty extensive repair to correct. I called up Keystone to explain the issue to them and they were extremely helpful. Chad (who I believe is the service manager) let me know that Keystone covers all of their furniture with a 5 year warranty, which if you ask me that's excellent. I brought the chair to Chad and he had it fixed and ready to be picked up in under 24 hours! I was extremely pleased!
