Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Mundelein

This shop has been run poorly for years. I stopped going until yesterday. Had a craving. They had only half the flavors of ice cream out, no toppings for a sundae or banana split. Historically I'd go once a week and always out of something or another and could never get the item I wanted and went to get. This place has been run as bad as it could be forever....should lose franchise license. Hard no for me -- looking forward to Greg's Frozen Custard and Dairy Dream opening back up in the spring...forever done with these 2...

This Baskin-Robbins is really awful. There have been no signs on the cases to indicate the flavor names for months. They said they all "fell off." And the plexi-glass sliding cover over the case with the open tubs of ice cream is seriously broken, so it cannot close, I asked if they had any concerns that pieces of the shattered cover had fallen into the ice cream and could harm people who ate them. Or that the ice cream is sitting open and, therefore, not being kept fresh at all and exposed to other debris falling in....

I just left this location. I think they said their names were Claudia and some thing else I can’t remember the other girls name but they’re amazing.!! I come here probably four times if not five times a week before work to get my coffee donuts sometimes a bagel and they are always fast and very lovely and easy to deal with in the morning.. I feel like in the last couple years. Customer service has went way down in the area but this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The girls that work early in the morning...
