Some friends and I stopped in for dinner and drinks this past Saturday. We were supposed to go to the Firebirds game but due to inclement weather the game was canceled. We decided to watch the USA vs Canada hockey match here instead. The ladies we were with said this used to be the place back in the day for all types of parties- specifically Saint Patrick’s Day, however they mentioned they hadn’t been there in at least 10 years. Upon entering we were surprised by a band playing. They were decent, but definitely loud. We sat in the seating area adjacent to the bar area and although separated by a wall, the music was still quite deafening. Our service was good. Waitress attentive. Food was nothing special, typical bar food. Of note, the club sandwich uses some good quality ham and turkey(thick not processed BS). I got the chicken Caesar wrap and it was decent, nothing to write home about. Also this is a place you may want to stick to bottle beer as opposed to draft.

Haven't been here in a while and the SIL was looking for a new option in the area. Drove by and said "Hey.. let's go here". So glad we did Paula was still here and as sweet as always. She went for the Stromboli and I opted for the Cobblerock Sammich. Both were *really* good.... So glad we dropped in. 😃

Really love this stromboli it's truly one of a kind. If anyone remembers a place called Bubba O'malys they also had a stomboli like this before they closed....now cobblestone holds the crown, I would recommend you get the large because you won't want to stop eating.

We went here Saturday to watch a local band. it was a packed house. We sat at the bar and waited 20 mins befire the bartender had time to wait on us. It really wasn't her fault she was thr only one behind thr bar, had a drink runner and 2 waitresses out on thr floor. My dad said something to the owner about more help on a busy night and he blew it off and said "they can handle it" im sure they can but to wait in line to get a drink for 15 mins, they were just too busy for the amount of people they had on staff. However, the barteneder was very sweet and apologized for the long waits. She was running her butt off. The chicken nachos were AMAZING. I definitely will be back but just hope they are more...

I wanted to write this review and give credit due where it's due. Had the chance to stop in and have a fee beers at the cobblestone lounge which is located in the cobblestone inn. In the town of Holyoke Colorado. The Bartender here Gloria is a very good lady very nice and totally professional definitely knows how to treat customers. Let's support our locally owned. Motels and businesses. That's the American thing to do. The other gal here is very nice and a good lady as well the front desk clerk Gisselle. If you are coming through Holyoke Colorado and staying at the Cobblestone inn please look these Gals up they will treat you...
