Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Munford

This was in November/December!!NEVER fails!! I order by the app to 100% make sure I put NO MAYO.... My husband WILL NOT eat this! It's unacceptable!! Disgusting! Wonder why you don't deserve 15.50 and hour 😑!! I will be going back to demand a refund and explain to them the failure of a VERY simple job that they cannot complete accurately... Just pitiful! I throw money away every single time I order from this jacks cause they don't understand a simple order of no mayonnaise! What's funny is I put NO MAYO on my sandwich as well and they got it right but for some reason everytime my husband had mayo after I order with NO MAYO.... Never again will I order from this jacks. No I don't need the owner to apologize. I need the owner to teach these burger flippers how to make a order correctly and not apologize and then continue to mess up 👍 DONE!

2/14/2025- They forgot my heart shaped biscuit 😞 but now I have found a metal star washer in my eggs. I was hoping it was an egg shell but nope it's some metal. Thanks jacks this is definitely what I wanted on Valentine's day. Not to mention what would have happened if I would have swallowed it? I got a few folks that will be receiving this today including the corporate office. 100% this is what happens when you have loose kitchen appliances, none inspected utensils, etc. It's called cleaning and maintenance but I apologize for expecting someone to actually care. I'm done I can't come back cause I assure you if my son would have gotten this washer in his food I wouldn't be this mellow... Just pitiful! I'm calling it the all new jacks star washer special. Hope...

I was here on 9/24 less than an hr before closing and it had been years since I ate at a Jack's. When I walked in I was a bit skeptical because no one was at the register and no one said anything. But a young lady in the kitchen spoke to me and I asked her what was good. Of course she said "everything" 🙄 lol. But I asked her to suggest something and she recommended what she called the Alabama burger but went by the All American Burger. I commend them because as a truck driver the closer it gets to closing and most people know we have to get on down the road. But she kind of bragged about here food so I challenged her and I hate I didn't get to tell her but the food was good and hot, even near closing. I actually wished I'd ordered another burger. The cashier was nice and friendly. So thank you Jack's, it's not often an otr truck driver gets a good hot meal from a friendly staff. And thank you for the truck parking, we can service every business in this country, but many businesses don't want us parking on their lot, and due to some drivers actions I do understand. Thanks...

"THE MUNFORD JACK'S" The foods good from time to time .. when the kids that work there actually cook fresh food and not have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook chicken. Then by some chance they actually have food ready, hence the term"Fast Food"it should always be ready, back to what I was saying if by some miracle of a chance the food is ready. They mess up your order. I know what your thinking, oh, he had gotten is order wrong one or two times so he's writing a bad review or why don't you just go somewhere else to eat. Well my friends this is pretty much a weekly occurrence at the "Munford Jack's"and as far as going somewhere else. This is the only Fast Food establishment in my very small town...
