The Pizza Company — Restaurant in Munhall

So I have a pretty big family, and they all order there frequently. Including myself. Recently my father was banned from ordering from here for calling back and complaining about an extremely burnt pizza. My dad wasn't fishing for a discount, or trying to cause problems.. he just simply called to say there was an error in his order. Now I've literally listened to my dad order from here hundreds of times and he always asked for the pizzas to be lightly cooked, he likes then that way. The owner of the establishment got on the phone and proceeded to use obscene language and told my dad he was no longer allowed to order there. My dad posted this incident on Facebook and multiple people messaged him with similar stories. The owner of this company seems to think that he has so many customers and so much business that he can just tell people to stop ordering. I want erveybody to know if you plan on giving somebody your money.... give it to someone who values customers and not just a greedy, arrogant, rude business owner that has been nothing but nasty to me since I was a kid hanging out on main street...Street.... I can recommend a number of places I chose to order from with much better food and way better prices, but most importantly with much more professional and courteous owners. Please spread the word and let it be known the philosophy of " the pizza company's" owner is money is all that matters not what the paying...

Always the go to when I have a hankering for good pizza!! I moved to the area 6 years ago and pizza company was the first place I tried and it's been a wrap ever since. I've never had a bad experience and if you like pizza crust that has an emediate crunch but is still chewy then this is your place. Just don't go trying their ranch dressing because if you do then you will find yourself buying 6(plus) cups of ranch when you order a large pizza. (Like I do) Every single time. It's no doubt the best homemade ranch this side of the mason Dixon line. One day they shall build statues, sing beautiful hymns and tell happy tales of the pure genius mind who created it. Always delivered fast and hot. Revised as of 11/23/20, today I changed my rating from a 5 star to a 2 star which is sad because I've never had a problem with Pizza Company until today. I honestly would not have revised my review but I felt completely disrespected by the owner of the company while trying to put in an order over the phone today. As a consumer especially of a restaurant that I frequent often I feel customer service is the key to keeping loyal customers.
