Sadly this Burger King is just not very good. It's not even about the quality of the food since it's fast food, it's mainly the service.
Some of the workers don't wear masks in the kitchen, which is a major health concern at the moment. It's hit or miss whether they do or not and it's usually they have it hanging off their ear while preparing the food.
Managers seem very annoyed whenever they're needed. During the Christmas promotion where you could get free burgers from tear off stickers on combo meals, the manager got mad I showed a coupon at the second window and was moved forward, when it specifically says it's manager required. I got it in the end, but it felt like the manager was suspicious of me despite I showed her the coupon on my phone. Even recently I had a mobile order on Drive-thru and was told to come to the second window. I go there after skipping second window and they try to give me the wrong order, I say I was the mobile order and the manager got agitated and asked which order I was and was hurried along. It was the same manager both times.
Food is in the very meh or okay territory. It doesn't always taste fresh when it should and most of the time fries have gotten warm and slightly soggy, they're so rarely prepared fresh it seems. Even the chicken tenders fall for that where it texturally and taste wise feels like it was sitting under a hot lamp for a long time despite it being one of their more popular items. The only fresh tasting things are burgers and that's probably because of the metric ton of mustard or ketchup they put on it.
Last time I was physically inside the restaurant their Coke Freestyle machine was closed down and refills are done by the staff, which is weird as most other restaurants in the area actually have their machines still open and usable by guests. This means that paired with the slow service you might wait a while for your beverage to be refilled. And as per current regulations there are some tables that are closed off for social distancing, but some of the booths have torn fabric on them and still have yet to be fixed or replaced.
The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of one because the cashiers are actually quite friendly and responsive versus their older employees, they have Surge (even though I think it's just a slightly different Mello Yello), and the app actually allows you to get good deals. They have a lot to...

The cleanliness was remarkable, indicating Dante's emphasis on a well-maintained and welcoming environment. The customer service was top-notch, with staff displaying efficiency, friendliness, and helpfulness - a testament to Danteās effective training and leadership.
Danteās personal engagement with customers set a new standard. He sought feedback and ensured everyone's dining experience met high expectations. This level of personal attention is rare and commendable.
The food quality was excellent, but it was Danteās management that truly enhanced our visit. Orders were handled promptly, and the staff navigated peak hours with impressive efficiency, thanks to Danteās guidance.

Walked in there tonight to order food for myself and my family around 7:30pm. Only to walk in and find nobody around. It was a ghost town. No one was up front or on the kitchen line. Empty dining room. Not a soul in sight. Stood at the front counter for five minutes. Then I finally heard laughter from the back from a female voice. Finally I said "Hello" and finally after that a male employee came up front. He struggled to take our order for serval minutes. I had to repeat it to him several times. Let me point out it wasn't a big order. He was courteous but you could tell he didn't work on register. Then finally after getting our order taken. 3 female and 1 male employee emerge from the back office area. They took forever making our food. I believe the last one to come out of the back was the manager, her name tag read Nicki. The place was a total wreck. The employees that straggled up front were unenthusiastic to say the least except the gentleman at the register. No wonder Burger King's are closing up left and right. Don't waste your time...
