10-07-2025. I place my order at 332 p.m. so I can pick it up at 5:45 pm. I get to the restaurant at 5:55 pm. My order was ready, it was there. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes, I had to get the cook to get somebody's attention to come to the front counter. during the 15 minute wait, the three employees that where on the drive thru side we're just standing there when drive through orders were done with. There were two other customers there and they had already been waiting 10 minutes. when their orders came, one employee had an attitude and just handed the order to the One customer, when the second customers order came another employee forcefully put the order on the counter, both of the employees had very bad attitudes. Had I not gotten the attention of the cook I probably would still be there waiting to get my order. I don't understand how hard it is to give just a little bit of customer service. not even a high, how you doing, welcome to KFC sir will be with you in a moment, ever occurred. I did however ask for the manager name, Nancy is what she told me her name was. Read moreThis place is so funny. Honestly, it seems like a requirement to work here is you have to have a bad attitude. Everytime I go inside the workers attitudes are terrible and the manager ( light skinned with ponytail) is the ring leader. I was picking up a DoorDash order and I was the 3rd person waiting. The woman at the counter had 2 Togo orders behind her but she didn't touch them. One of the drivers said my food is behind you and she tells him it's not up. I tell her my persons name for the order and she says it's not ready without looking at the orders behind her. She finishes taking someone's order and the guy points out again my order is behind you and it's been there for 5 minutes. She says I still have to see your phone. The dasher says well if I say it's behind you then it's behind you and he thanks her for giving him attitude lol. She again tells me my order isn't ready. The 2nd dasher waiting asks her very nicely if she can check the other order behind her and lo and behold it was mine. GM needs to be fired because birds of a feather flock together and it starts at the top. Because she doesn't know good customer service nobody else does either. Whoever is over her needs to reevaluate who they have in the store. I only have these issues from night shift but day...
Read moreWe don't get KFC as much as we used to since all my jaw surgeries but when we do this is my KFC of choice because the employees I have had the pleasure of having interactions with at this store have always been the most friendly & accommodating out of all the staff members I've had to deal with at the other KFC locations I have been to throughout the years (including my hometown KFC although it's been 10+ yrs or more so I'm sure the staff is entirely different now)... I haven't had any problems with any of my orders personally but the one time I was in the store when another customer was given the wrong order the staff was quick to accept responsibility of the mix up, gave a very sincere apology, corrected the mistake & offered him a an extra side for the inconvenience & I couldn't help but be impressed with the way it was all handled including how even though he had a bad attitude, used poor language with the girl who gave him the wrong order & after he was gone multiple customers were talking about his poor attitude & how they would have handled him HOWEVER I never heard anything bad from ANY of the workers instead the girl he was ugly too AGAIN accepted responsibility for messing up his...
