My experience at this location was horrible. I work in the service industry and would never treat anyone as bad as I was treated. This location was advertising buy one get one blizzards for 99 cents. I pulled up to the drive through and the pre-recorded greeting mentioned this promotion. When I told the women that I wanted the promotion, I was told they weren't offering the promotion any more. When I told them that I felt it was unfair for them to advertise bogo for 99 cents and not offer it. She told me that the manager had not taken the sign down and that it had ended on Friday (meaning that the sign had been up for 3 days past the promotion end date). I told her I did not want the blizzards if they weren't going to abide by their sign. She asked me with attitude "What sizes?" I asked her "Are you going to answer my question?" And her response was "Fine, we will do it this time, What sizes?" I told her my sizes and she told me to pull forward. When I pulled up to the window, I could hear the women talking to her coworkers and making snide comments about me. When she opened the window, I told her I did not appreciate her attitude and that even though the door was closed, I could still hear her. She gave me nothing but rude attitude the whole time. Read moreWent there with my partner yesterday and the staff was extremely rude. We placed a mobile order and the app said it would be ready by 2:10. We got there at 2 and we didn't want to sit in the car but we didn't want them to feel rushed so we walked in and sat at a table. After a couple of minutes we heard a girl call from being the counter asking what we're doing. We were the only people in the store but we assumed it was directed to another employee or something being as we were just scrolling on our phones quietly. After that an employee (a girl with blonde hair and glasses) walked up to the table and asked what we were doing there. I explained that we had a mobile order that wasn't supposed to be ready yet so we were just hanging out as to not rush them. She was very dismissive and told me that the order was ready and we needed to go up and get it from the counter. She brought it to us and told us that if there was a rush it'd be okay to wait but since there wasn't a rush we should of gone up to the counter. Ha what a joke. You have to be one miserable self centered narcissistic person to talk to people and teenagers like that. And so I felt it was my obligation to ask the employees if she always talked to them this way and they meaning multiple employees Sai she don't talk to us any kind of other way... unbelievable this owner should be forced to sell or shut down and I will do what I can to make it happen.
