Rick's is a blessing in the middle of a long journey. As it is in the middle of nowhere on the oneside of a divided highway. It was my first time eating here. I ordered a hot sausage sandwich and tasted pretty decent but not a location worth the hassle getting to. They were served on loaf tips [not sure if intentional] PARKING- Large lot with free parking However, on a slope. ATMOSPHERE- The exterior of the building gives the appearance its abandoned. Needs a good power washing, and the name on the building is extremely disproportionate to the size of the building. Much to my surprise entering albeit the workout to open the door, the interior was huge & open floor plan. Although, it was a bit darker than I thought it would be, considering the middle of the day and all the large windows. Booths were tight fit, especially since it was like sitting in an oven. Even though they had industrial fans plugged in one wedged in the doorway leading to the kitchen [appeared AC went out]? STAFF- Friendly, although one [middle age?] male employee kept following small groups of girls around [10-12 years old] strangers to me. Probably for security reasons as they were unsupervised, but his mannerisms and facial expressions just came across disturbing and made me uncomfortable enough to keep my eyes on the guy. AMENITIES- Restroom clean, small arcade inside the building. The menu layout was a bit dull in aesthetics and flow. Despite a semi-lengthy selection of items. Common sports bar choices items. PRICE- Average for the surrounding area. If you're driving on the same side of the highway and hungry. Rick's is worth a stop.

I didn’t think I would like this place. But I was wrong. I was so stoked when the waitress brought out popcorn for us to eat while we ordered. She also brought a draft menu for me to look over. There’s so many drafts they have available! And you can get them in small glasses, like flights. So I got to try several great beers. I was sold on the sliders. They were juicy, tender, and I was impressed. The pizza about knocked my socks off with how good it was. I didn’t expect it. There’s lots of games to play in the arcade, I did get the chance to play at several of them. So that was really neat too. Hope to go back

Ricks is just the best. Great draft prices and selection, and the food is always excellent. I recommend this place to all my friends. You do need to be patient with them, they have been affected by short staff and supply shortages, but they always do their best to put customers first. They have a bar, formal sitting area, and a small arcade. If you leave hungry, you ordered wrong! Plus complimentary popcorn.

Why were we treated less than equal while we patronized this establishment? If we don’t want people of color was a place…..well this would be it. We’ve been talking about going here for a Steelers game for years so we finally made it tonight and needless to say….we won’t return. Money is green. No matter what color you are. Our experience was extremely different than other people who left rave reviews. First, my food was cold so I politely asked for a new order and was told that it wasn’t a problem….well I was presented with the same exact dish but obviously it was microwaved. Probably wouldn’t have been noticeable if I hadn’t ordered nachos, lol. Clearly that meant that the chips were soggy and no longer edible. But they dressed it up with an additional layer of chips and cheese on top and the chips had absolutely no crunch. I was willing to pay for half of the dish but I absolutely didn’t plan to pay for the whole portion of nachos so I asked for the manager. She came to the table, gave me every excuse as to why the food was cold as if it was gonna be acceptable. Then she interrupted me every time I began speaking as if she was over listening to me and proceeded to tell me that she knows that they made me a new dish of nachos. So I proceeded to lift up a pile of nachos that she could easily see looked like noodles on the fork, lol. She abruptly stopped me from talking again as I was explaining that my nachos were obviously microwaved and she said that she’d take the entire dish off of the bill. I let her know that wasn’t necessary, I was willing to pay half for the dish, she said it again, so I thanked her modestly and just suggested that she pass the message along to the kitchen staff that microwaving tortilla chips is never a good idea. I didn’t think we’d get treated rudely following that but next thing you know our server Julianna brought our check to the table, took away the remainder of my Fiance’s food and never returned. Wow. That was almost like telling us to get out without telling us with words. We never said that we were ready for the check so how would you take a gesture like that? We might’ve wanted to order more drinks but once the message was relayed that we were no longer welcome, we didn’t have a desire to spend any more of our hard earned money or our time there. Usually we tip our service industry staff who are assigned to us and we tip graciously. This was the first time in my life that I only paid what I was charged. In addition to that, the check had charges for Patron meanwhile we ordered Jose Cuervo so we weren’t even drinking what we ordered, lol. I’m not sure why the customer service went downhill from the server but you just don’t treat people that way. He wasn’t done eating and you snatched his food, dropped the check on the table, and never came back to even see if we wanted another beer, glass of water, or anything else. You didn’t even take the soggy nachos, lol. Never will we ever visit that establishment again. Not that it matters to them but it matters to us how we’re treated and who deserves...

We and a few other families stopped here for lunch between our kids sporting events on a Sunday early afternoon. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated immediately, This establishment is very large. The waitress took all of the kids drink orders like normal. Then out came a guy who very rudely told us that they would only be able accommodate us with pizza and drinks, we would not be able to order regular menu items. He said he had 1 cook call off. Totally understandable however the tone of his voice and the rudeness was overboard. Some families decided to leave and others stayed as we decided pizza was fine. The waitress came back and said “well what are you doing, staying or leaving”? It really felt like they were just telling us all to leave. I said we were staying and asked if we could finish ordering drinks. She said well I don’t have any of the kids drink orders now I got rid of it. So, I got up to walk to where the kids were playing games in the restaurant to get their drink orders again. The waiters then very loudly said, “ ARE YOU ORDERING OR NOT”? Mind you I was trying to help out by going to get the kids drink orders for her. My husband asked her why she was giving us such a bad attitude and she blew up and told us to leave and that she was going to get Rick who I assume is the owner. We and another family with us are also small business owners and I could NEVER imagine treating my customers like we were treated yesterday. We will never return and I would say that this waitress missed out on at an absolute minimum of a $300 tip from the families that were with us, we are all...
