I went with my mother because she always talks to me about how good the food and coffee is. I decided to take her since she was craving coffee. We got to the place and the drive-through was empty i thought great that way I don’t hold up the line. As we got to the speaker to order the girl asks ! Read moreI got a Peanut Butter Crunch the first one didn't taste like the drink at all...so I had my coworker buy me another one on her way to work. I was thinking it must have been a fluke no biggie. My coworker and I tried our drinks, the PBC and it still was bad. We love this drink and buy it all the time so we know WHAT it tastes like. So with buying it twice within an hour I thought it must be a new person. I called Sunday about 11:25 to give them a heads up the drink is not being made correctly. The lady who I spoke to was extremely rude. She was trying to make it seem like it was my issue and not a training one. Asking me what do I want and there is Expresso in it....yes I know there is and I drink it all the time. I KNOW what it tastes like. What you should be saying is "I'm sorry about that. I'll double check on how it's being made so it's corrected going forward. I wasn't looking for a free drink but was certainly not looking to deal with a rude lady who is more interested in blaming and making it a customer issue. Starbucks is right...
Read moreI traveled from Chicago to visit my girlfriend and decided to stop by Scooter's Coffee, as I have a fondness for iced coffee. When I mentioned to the employee that it was my first visit and that I was not a local, I asked for her recommendation on iced coffee options. After she provided her suggestion, an older woman, a white female wearing glasses, interjected and was quite impolite. She inquired about my drink choice, and I requested an iced coffee with caramel, cream, and sugar. When she asked how many pumps of caramel I wanted, I replied that I would like at least 3 or 4 pumps. She then informed me that there was an additional charge of 80 cents for each pump of caramel. I assured her that I was okay with the extra cost. Ultimately, her demeanor was unkind and disrespectful. It seems she lacks the skills to engage with customers, particularly those visiting from out of state. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope the owner takes note of...
