McDonald's — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

Closing shift manager 8:30 pm is absolute trash. He is a disgrace to McDonald’s managers in the shoals area. I know a great manager in Florence names Touce Dixon. His store mops the floor with this chump in tuscumbia. I came and got 3 McDoubles small fry No pickles no onions. I returned told manager the issue he asked what did I want him to do about it. I asked to make new ones. He seemed like he ain’t want to be there anyway. I get my burgers and leave only to check and see no onions. Not a huge deal but I mean dang I just want it how I like it. Pause. I walk inside and ask for a refund and I asked him what happened and he said ask them in the back. Dude is not a boss. The blonde girl at the window would make a better cut for it than him.

Food was made wrong. Even the ticket put on wrapper said no cheese. But had cheese on it. I was traveling so I couldnt go in and get it fixed right. And the line was so long. So I was screwed. My dog wouldn't eat the nuggets. A waste of money. The only good thing was the Lady who took my money was very professional when she took my order and when she took my change was very nice and courteous she has a excellent voice over the speaker and in person the lady who handed my food what's probably not I don't know I didn't exchange many words with her but as far as that goes it was great it was just the food was made wrong and when the lawn to the drive-thru to get back in it it's so long and you're traveling and you don't have time it's very aggravating I will not visit that...

Well it's a damn shame when you go and sit 30 mins in line to get a large dr peper and a cheese burger and 4 piece chicken nuggets and 2 breakfast burritos and when you pull off I check my bag and only get a sweet tea cheese burger and fries so I go back through the line and tell the guy that is taking orders I what I did not get and he gives me a refund and tells me to pull to the window and they would give me my food and the old lady working said I couldn't get my food and that said I pulled out of line.. these us why i wont be back at this McDonald's again, no wonder why they make 7.25 hr cause they...
