Shoals Bistro — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

I can't express enough how fantastic this establishment is. While employed at the Chamber, Miranda and her team have come through for every event, large and small, even in emergency situations when I need their help the day of a meeting! On top of their wonderful customer service, their food is always a welcomed treat, whether I bring a team for a hot meal onsite, or take a meal home to the family.

In addition to great food and service, their team is currently going above and beyond to service families in need in our area during the Covid-19 virus pandemic. The team is serving as a pop-up grocery store, selling necessary items like toilet paper and soap, and other grocery items to go along with their take-home meals. They were able to hire furloughed workers to help with the need, and customers were able to skip the long lines at the grocery store to get necessary items.

They had a trailer at the Helen Keller thing at Spring Park on Sunday the 27th. Bad mistake on our part! We both ordered the so called Bacon Cheese Burger and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. It was already made ahead of time and the tiny little rolls were all soggy of course and the so called slider had no beef that I could see on it. I should of brought it back pronto and got my money back but we were both hungry so we choked it down. That was some of the worst food I ever experienced. The little tiny bag of lays potato chips thank goodness got the horrible taste out of my mouth. We selected that trailer because the price seemed fair, but what we got was a total waste of money. I LOVE Alabama Bliss! I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten there. I recently got some of their "Take & Bake" meals and served them at my son's 30th birthday party. It was a hit! Everyone raved about the food & came back for seconds (and thirds). I served their crack potatoes, baked spaghetti and poppyseed chicken. All I had to do was pop it in the oven and it was ready by the time all the guests arrived. I've gotten their chicken & dressing and a quart of their yummy chicken salad before too.
