Dog House Saloon — Restaurant in Muskegon Charter Township

Visited the Dog House Saloon on Sunday March 7 at 4:10 in the afternoon. Have been there a couple of times before. Walk in sat a a table and sat there for 15 minutes. Never being acknowledged. Fooling with the t.v.s was more important than customers wanting to order food. I can completely understand being busy and having to wait. But your fooling with the t.v.s theres about 10 in the place. We will not return to this place. There are to many other places to eat. We went to Glenside they were very busy. Got waited on right away. In this day and time I would think customer service wins out over t.v. channels. Apparently not

We were sitting right behind where the guy and your waitress was playing with the TV's. The round top where there were five or six people. If you watch your camera you can see us come in around 4:10 and you can...

I won't ever go back here again. This was my first time going here with some friends after work this morning and it was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked for a menu and the gal took so long by the time she gave me the menu she was already bringing my friends food to them. I was going to order a basket but the lady never came back. We asked her twice if I could place an order and she'd say just a minute and walk away. She even shook her head in disgust at us. Finally, the 3rd time she came over and I just ordered the spicy cheese balls. We were there 1 1/2 hours and I never got my food. My friends all had their drinks and food so after they all paid I just walked out starving...

I eat here and order takeout regularly from here. About 60% of the time the service is good, unfortunately the 40% that it's bad is always much more memorable/influancial. I want this to be known that the negative portion of this review is aimed towards the workers not showing up and causing the delays. To the person doing everything there self behind the counter, we appreciate you, but also please don't give an estimate that's so far off. I ordered 3 meals and she said 25min which is longer than usual, but that's fine as she's doing everything. Well, I sent an employee there after 25min and she hadn't even started yet....over an hour after the order and we've finally...
