Hello,
I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had today at your location.
I politely asked to add avocado to my sandwich. The employee responded rudely and charged me for double avocado, even though I never requested that.
When I tried to clarify, the employee made an unacceptable and offensive comment, saying that if I don’t speak English, I should probably go back to my country. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the standards of customer service and basic human respect.
Maybe my English is not perfect, but I know how to use the internet, and I will not let this go unnoticed. I kindly ask you to investigate this incident and take proper action so that no other customer has to face this kind of discrimination and disrespect in the future.
