McDonald's — Restaurant in Mustang Ridge

ATTN MANAGEMENT: PLEASE RE-TRAIN THAT GIRL WITH THE GLASSES! NO SE QUE TIENE ESA CHAVA... I ordered a #7 breakfast combo this morning (Sun. June 2nd 2019) which comes with (2) burritos, hash brown and a drink. Pretty simple right? And I said it like that too: can I have the #7.... The girl at the register said: you want to make it a combo? Me: yes. I should of questioned why she would say that when I clearly said I wanted a number off the board which makes any order a combo. When she brought my bag after I said I was eating IN I looked inside and there was only 1 burrito and a hash brown... So I said: Hey, there's only 1 burrito here. Which she replied: "It only comes with 1". I pointed to the board which she glanced at but still made no effort, instead she had to tell the manager who just went to the kitchen and threw one in the bag for me. No, "I'm sorry sir", or "my fault here's an extra hash brown." Nada... It's mcds food, had I known of a breakfast taco place that was near by I'd of went there instead. But I just want what I paid for. On a much deeper note: Why is it so hard for some ppl to admit when they are wrong or make mistakes? Why do we get defensive instead of taking a second look at what is at hand? I almost let this transaction set the tone for the rest of my day, but writing this review has been fun and thought provoking. Laughs 😂 I only got charged for 1 burro so I guess I came...

Terrible!! This was the 3rd time I visited this McDonald's.. You can't order Breakfast at 3:45am. Just lunch?? Who's wants a hamburger and F/F for Breakfast. So I find out today that they don't serve Breakfast til 5am?? I understand due to covid-19 hrs may change. So I give McDonald's a second vists for Lunch and I order quarter pounder with cheese add bacon no onions meal (large), then I ordered a second quarter pounder with cheese no onions not the meal. After 3-5 min on the counter I see my order just sitting there so I walk up and asked the responce was, I don't know look in the bag?? So I said that's my number. So there sits my order, fries getting cold and Only One quarter pounder?? So I asked she replied I didn't hear you ordered 2 quarter pounders. I said Yes both with No onions and one add Bacon? So again my order sits there fries again still getting cold and that's when the manager shows up and says what happened and I said hello I ordered and I gave my order again and so she calls out the quarter pounder with bacon no onions to go please. So 2 visits to McDonald's in one day and wasn't Happy. I will stay away from McDonald's on 183...

I have been here before and the food was ok. Most recently (today), I was passing through and wanted just water (it's 113 degrees outside today!). I had my own cup. I washed out my cup in the restroom and asked if they could fill it with water (this store has no publically available fountain machiene). For some reason, my request was an issue the cashier had to ask the manager about. He came back and said the manager told him he had to charge me .55 to fill my own cup with water?!? It's a matter of principle. Most other McDonald's will give a courtesy cup of water with their own new cup for free. I will not eat at this McDonald's ever again. Ps the staff at the connected Piolot store were awesome and let me fill my cup for free several times. I even brought a few things in appreciation as I might have done at the McDonald's after satisfying my immediate thirst. Whoever owns this McDonald's, you need to up your game!! If I could give no...
