Very responsive up until they got our down payment! We put in an order for my mother in law's place over 2 months ago! They told us delivery was estimated at 6-8 weeks. Since then we have had an impossible time getting a hold of both the sales person and the manager to get a status update. We have been very clear on the information that we need and we cannot seem to get any straight answers from them. The sales guy's vm is full and you can't even leave him a message. Even a call to the owner was unsuccessful, the manager, Charlotte (who is defensive and rude) said if you talked to the owner, he didn't say anything to us. We will make a visit out there and get our money back. If I could give it zero...

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They promise you everything until you get qualified and they have to deliver the goods. Then they ghost you they don’t wanna talk to you. They won’t call you back. They won’t email you. They will not text you I was already approved. All they had to do is sell me the house, but they couldn’t even do that. They couldn’t even communicate. Not sure what’s going on there. I feel like I dodged a bullet big time. Buyer beware. Be sure and record your whole conversation.I think the reviews say it all.
