Today was the last straw for me. The Hispanic guy in the kitchen just needs to go enough is enough. This like the last time is terrible the young man in the kitchen was asking the older guy to drop meat and to drop chicken and it was like talking to a brick wall and the manager lady tried to tell the young man that he needs to tell him what to drop because the older guy is new yet heās been there for at least 2 months that Iāve seen thatās not considered new at all. Itās like every time I come to this restaurant this young man is always going above and beyond to make us happy but the older guy in the kitchen needs to be fired he doesnāt listen nor does he care to listen and He literally tried to serve undercooked chicken and then tried blaming the younger guy when clearly we saw it was him he did it. I was not pleased or impressed and will not come back ever again and Iām going to call the corporate office to report this as well. I hope the young man finds a better job that will treat him better because obviously this place was just mind blowing and I could see the frustration in his eyes and how can you blame him. I feel bad for him he tries hard to satisfy us but the older guys who donāt seem to talk nor understand anything especially when you speak their language itās sad I guess Iāll be going to...

I have never been inside the BK so I can only limit my review to the drive up window experience. This being said, this is the slowest Burger King I have ever experienced. The food was great- cause hey it is still BK. However, every time I go here, whether I get a small order for myself, or a very large one for the whole fam, I have to wait a significantly long time for my order. Also, every single time I am asked to "pull around to a spot" to wait for my order for an employee to bring out my order. I will still give the BK a 3/5 though because the employees are friendly and I am all about the customer service. Next time I visit, I will try to go inside and see if the dining room is a 5/5 experience. Also, I would give the BK a 5/5 for drive up experience if the service was a little...

Absolutely a horrible place and people! Two employees are very rude, yelled at me and treated me horribly, just cause i wanted to review the order and this girl closed the window in my face when I asked her why she had ignored my request for a review. Watch their way, and you'll know .. what i mean. I've tried to file a complain against this branch and all what i got was a $5 coupon š As if they think that in this way.. they were able to appease the customer or gain his trust again...... As if they can insult the client and appease him...
