New staff and management working hard to get it right.
2018 Update: Awful customer service, refuse to admit when they screw up your order even when the receipt is correct but food in hand is wrong. Definitely needs an upgrade in customer service and all around attitude. There are some good employees there but the night crew is the worst.
Decided to give them another chance, big mistake. Ordered chicken nuggets for the kids and a Big Mac without onions, when I was handed my order I checked the Big Mac and it appeared to have extra onions. When I asked for it to be replaced the young female huffed and rolled her eyes, took the burger to the person in charge, she huffed and loudly requested a new one from the food line, when it was brought back it looked like the box had been rolled on grease.
If you want something customized then be prepared to have to return it and to receive attitude when you ask them to correct it. Even my drink was wrong, I asked for no ice and I honestly believe they filled the cup to the top with ice.
The store was recently remodelled and the playground was removed, probably one of the biggest mistakes. They would have been better off using the extra money spent on the remodel by giving everyone raises or incentives for better...
Read moreThis is really unfortunate because I used to LOVE going to this McDonald’s every day before work… Angel knew us by name and we knew her too. She always greeted us with a smile and good vibes, however it seems like all of the staff has now changed along with the management and it’s just so bad. The lines take 15-20 minutes to go through no matter how many people are in front of you.
I put in a breakfast order on the app at 10 am, got there around 10:20 and waited in line 3 cars away from the speaker to order (give them my name to pick up my food) for over 20 minutes. By the time I told them my name, it was just after the breakfast cutoff and all I got was a “sorry, that’s unavailable now!” Having ordered my food over 40 minutes prior, they didn’t have it set aside for me ready to go? It’s not my fault their service is no longer efficient and I had to wait an ungodly amount of time to say I’m here. (By the way, the app checks you in automatically when you are close to the store, so the system did update that I was there before the cutoff and alerted them to prepare my order…)

Read moreThis particular Mcdonalds is on my way to work, which occasionally I stop for breakfast or a coffee. Last Tuesday morning I stopped by there for an Iced Caramel Macchiato, not unusually hard. I placed my order and pulled up to the window, the girl charged my card, and then asked me to pull up. I was the only person at the time in line and asked how long it was going to take and was told to hold on and then before the door shut I heard another girl state she didn't know how to make it and was playing on her cellphone and walked off. Both girls left me waiting for over 5 minutes without saying a word to me. Finally the girl that was playing on her phone came to the window and asked me for my card back because she was going to give me a refund because the machine wasn't working. I asked her if she just didn't know how to make it and she flipped out and said she was getting the manager. I was upset because of the whole situation and the manager did absolutely nothing to redeem the situation. I understand places are short hand but their employee's behavior was unacceptable and...
