Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Subway is mediocre and now the same price as its competitors. Pair that with business owners who think one customer is not important enough to impress and it becomes almost laughable to keep giving them business. I haven't eaten here in over 5 years. I tried them again because I caught the BOGO footlong deal. So, for a week, we have been trying different subs to see if they are worth visiting. We have ordered the tuna, meatball, regular steak and cheese, fiery meatball, 50% more steak and cheese, and veggie footlongs. None of the sandwiches were memorable. The tuna was watery and made my bread soggy and the veggie which would include their least expensive ingredients was so skimp. Actually most of their sandwiches give you more bread than filling, because of that, I decided to pay $3.50 more on a second round of the steak and cheese. I had to go back in the store to protest that the portions were not 50% more and they basically scoffed at me. I did get another layer of cheese ( that they actually tried to put in a cookie bag to go& I had to request them to melt it on the sandwich). That sandwich was 15.98. Baby, go to jersey mikes and get any of their giant steak and cheese for 15.99 and at least you will get it chopped, seasoned, & cooked on the spot. Put it next to a subway sandwich and it's very laughable. Publix hot footlongs are $12 & delicious and filling. It will be another 50 yrs before I visit subway again. & the steak...

Ordered online and watched them put the wrong ingredients on the wrong sandwich, tried to correct it but they refused because I had an order # instead of a name for the order. When they used the order # it was mine the entire time and I sat there 20 minutes for improperly prepared food! Asked if they could remake the sandwich, but instead they opened the sandwich and scrapped off incorrect items and re-wrapped it. I explained my mother just left the hospital and had certain food restrictions. Asked for a refund and they said no! Horrible customer service and the fact they were not willing to correct their mistake by simply re-making...

On May 27 th :2022 I went here got a Footling Turkey sub the gentleman who made my sandwich was great at his job and put alot of meat on my sub. Place was very clean and had alot of customers come in during lunch time rush got them in and out fast.A panhandler was out on sidewalk asking people for money seen him put some in his pocket and some in billfold a guy gave him had a oxygen tank with him heads up to those who are nervous with the public.Alot better than the Subway at Loves Truck Stop on Trinity lane young lady repeats bread over and over and doesn't hear what you tell her on meat or anything and very very slow.Not...
