About a year ago we were told there were roaches found in the buffet food....so we stayed away ....have been back to eat there a couple of times in the past few months..... Today I took my 3 granddaughters there ages 7,6 and 3....the 3 year old does not like Chinese food so I picked up a happy meal on the way... No big deal or so I thought.....my granddaughters were very well behaved and we made sure that our table was not a mess....the girls wanted ice cream....so I got all 3 girls chocolate ice cream.....the person at the register came to my table and informed me that since I didn't pay for the buffet for the 3 year old that I would need to pay for her ice cream! I said ....she's 3 years old....you have got to be kidding! I asked how much it was and he said 75 cents! I said...you are willing to lose all future business from me and my family over 75 cents!!!! He walked off....I went to the register and threw a dollar at him and told him that most restaurants would gladly give a 3 year old a scoop of chocolate ice cream at no charge in appreciation for their business!!!! But not this one! I proceeded to gibmve him a piece of my mind! And got my girls and proceeded to leave... I apologized to the other customers after explaining the situation to them! ALL I CAN SAY IS...
Read moreIt is getting worse!! I don't know why the food is ok, typical run of the meal Chinese food. I miss the old owner and her red sweet and sour chicken!! If they added that, I would never complain. The sushi is terrible. It must come frozen, and they thaw it out because the fake crab has got to go!! I miss the crab legs that were there. When I visited it was old and after I got my food they brought fresh out. If that ain't a kick in the teeth!! Why not just do it the right way?? There is never a wait because they are never busy. It just upsets me. They could use real crab because it is in the crab Rangoons. The shrimp is good, and others in the family love it. I hate seafood, so they lost me right there. It doesn't pay to get a to go tray for the simple fact that if you don't eat it all, there is no saving it. The sesame chicken turns into strings when you eat it later. My advice is to call the old owner and ask how she made certain things. Like the cream cheese wonton!! They were delicious, and now they are gone. It breaks my heart that the old owners left. She was amazing, but I understand why. Give this place a try, and maybe you will get a different result than we did...
Read moreIf it was up to me I honestly would not even give it a star. they make you pay before you go in so that way you don't see the buffet has nothing in there. The very worst food I've ever had in my life. Paid $100 for a seven people to get a buffet that was empty. And when I asked about certain foods such as boiled eggs she cut two eggs in half and put them out there like it was a lot of food. The general toa chicken was swimming and sauce like it was meatballs and spaghetti sauce. I would suggest they close that place until that food was horrible I will never go there again and I don't recommend anybody to go there and...
