I've never had any issues with service or food, they have always been good to me.*

Until now. It has gone down hill. The food is the standard small town menu but the staff doesn't seem to know thier own menu. I placed an order, the order came out incorrect and missing items. I flagged the closest employee and told them I wasn't happy with what was brought out and that I didn't have time to stay to have it made again. I was trying to be polite but the lady just started grabbing things from my table and throwing them onto the food. I told her I was sorry, maybe it was my fault and that maybe I wasn't clear about my order. She bluntly told me the price of the chips and salsa. I paid for it (I did eat it) I was very clear. Average at best. Sat down, chips and salsa were given, and we were asked if we wanted guacamole or queso. We ordered guacamole. Store bought guacamole arrived. Looked at the menu, found out they have fresh guacamole separately listed, but we weren’t offered it initially. Entrees arrive, store bought guacamole again on entrees. If the restaurant has the capability of making fresh guacamole, as every Mexican restaurant should, why even have store bought guacamole?? I don't typically complain but the last sevral times I have been with my family we had issues this time my daughter and I after waiting almost an hour for our food had to send it back because it was the wrong order and had to continue to wait for them to remake our food they didn't even give us silverware.
