Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Natchez

Drove up to place an order, got there at 9:31. 29 minutes till close. I pull up to the speaker to place my order at 9:38, no one says nothing. I wait for 10 minutes. Now it’s 9:48. They proceeded to take the persons order beside me so I pull to the first window. They ask me my name for the order but I told them what happened instead. So the manager said and told worker she was not suppose to take anymore orders, though the closing time is scheduled for 10. They closed around 9:40. They let me go ahead and order, but NONE of which I was sent to get. And then got my order, which they forgot an item. I get home to eat my food, the fries are not cooked all the way, my sandwich is made TERRIBLY!! Had 1 chopped up tomato, and what looked to be a pile of rotten lettuce. Could not eat. And the drink was bad as well. No carbonation at all, and seemed the coke was out also. Did not taste anything...

I went thru a long line (double) but didn’t take that long. Had to repeat my order twice because guy was distracted by someone inside. I thought food was reasonably priced, order was correct. No fork to eat with, one napkin, Coke had no taste and chicken was very salty. In fact the chicken and the sauce tasted exactly the same, both very salty. The bread had that taste that’s you can’t identify, a cross between fake butter and old grease. French fries were the typical frozen krinkle type, not crispy at all. Coleslaw was dry and had a weird texture. Obviously people like this food because it was packed but I will not be back. Too much...

We stopped at the new Zaby’s here in Natchez. It is two doors down from Wendy’s and will probably compete either way the same customer base.

We had no problem ordering and the server was courteous and efficient. We had no problems getting our order and everything was complete. The food was hot and tasted nice. We both ordered the chicken finger dinners. The fries were nicely seasoned, the chicken hot, and the coleslaw tasted fresh. The interior was mostly finished though there were a few rough spots. While we were there eating the outside sign was being erected outside. This was a nice fast food dining...
