A very distasteful experience. While I waited in the car, I sent my teenage son to go in and place an order. He ordered a slice but was told they didn't have slices. He came back to the car and told me their response. I told my son grab something quick like a turkey sub. He went back attempted to ordered the sub and was told "no turkey ". He eventually was able to order a chicken wrap. Something about this experience just didn't feel right to me. After my son got in the car, I called and placed an order for a turkey sub. The guy on the phone said "Sure, what do you want on it"? I replied "you suddenly have turkey " according to him they just got it. So as my son walked out of their establishment, the turkey suddenly came in. What a bunch of bull! I have ordered numerous times from them but via delivery. I will never order from here again! If you don't want black people to order from your restaurant, just put up a " white only" sign. I guess some things will...

What a poor experience - I’ve had an awful time finding a good pizza joint in Natick and I was hoping this was it. Nope.

Expensive for what it is - poor service when it should matter. Issues with today’s order: charged full price for three half toppings. Imagine paying $15 extra for three half toppings (sausage, mushroom, and pepperoni - nothing special). Ordered buffalo wings - they were very small wings with sauce on the side (didn’t bother to toss and give us ranch or anything)…but wait - it wasn’t Buffalo sauce. It was two golden colored mystery sauces of unknown origin. Caesar salad was beyond simple - no quality/care in its creation.
