Unfriendly staff. Owner keeps delivery charge, even on snow days. Owner's father spits all over the restaurant and cusses customers out in chinese. They reuse food that's brought back (I've seen it cuz I've worked there), they've knowingly sold expired 2liters of soda (specifically Sprite and Diet Coke) before and when I informed the owner Kenny, he did not care and sold it anyways. I guess no one noticed. They don't follow laws, health codes, or proper logic. They like to hire really young people, usually females to run the cash registers who will usually get your order wrong. If you've ever been in the kitchen, you'll see that they store some of their meat in big bowls way in the back near the exit door of the store, a very dirty area, sometimes the bowl of meat is literally sitting on the floor just chilling there, I don't even know why. Lots more info where that came but I'll keep this brief. They no longer have my business, and if they still have yours, just be careful and always examine your food and expiration dates properly....
Read moreI live the fried veritable dumplings from this place, I used to order them once a week. I don't eat meat much so I never noticed until my daughter called attention something hard which turned out to be tiny bones in her sweet and sour chicken. I took it as an isolated incident and ordered the next week. She was scared to eat it recalling the bone she found in her mouth last time. So I broke them up to show her they were fine, tiny bones and dark purple meat in all of them. It was disgusting. Flash ahead to today, it has been over a year since I ordered there. I was rushing to order and clicked the wrong Chinese place on Google. When it got here I looked at the receipt and I was like "I messed up, but I will give it a chance...." My daughterr took ONE BITE before spitting out a bone in her sweet and sour chicken. Looked through general tsos, same thing as last year. NASTY. NEW MOON is the best, just save yourself the upset stomach and order from somewhere edible. I cannot believe how nasty this...
Read moreFirst thing i am paying for food, they are not paying for me to take it. Although the food is good most of the time. 💯 % creeped out by the old guy examining me from head to toe from the plexi glass as i paid. I turned around to walk out starting talking in his language…than as i got in my car low and behold hes right there outside the restaurants front doors…watched me leave and pointed downward & once again saying something in his language. He would not take his eyes off my car. I think that CAN MOST DEFINITELY constitute as a form of harassment. Not appreciated, and doesnt meet my level of customer service. Theres just no way someone can justify that. If its a mental health issue, or some form of dementia or Alzheimers or in fact just a personality problem either way you should not feel uncomfortable going into pick up some chinese food. That issue needs to be addressed immediately…. Bad...
