Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Nebraska City

Purchased one of the scoot energy drinks, did not like the taste at all was gross. Went back around the drive through. Asked politely if I can have a different drink since this tastes horrible. They said they cannot give me another drink since this is what I ordered. Which doesn’t make sense since any other location would remake if I didn’t like the drink. As well as other companies like Starbucks would remake drinks. I use to work at a Starbucks and that’s the policy and I feel it may be the same with scooters from my experience of other locations being kind enough to remake them. But just 7.36 down the drain. It’s way too sweet and overbearing sour. I usually get ice coffees but was told this was good by the employee. I politely left the drive through but just still don’t understand why they said no if it tasted horrible. And I went back around 5 mins after ordering the drink. Same day and a little after ordering I asked for a remake. I would understand if it’s hours later or days later but I literally did a loop around the building after ordering to ask for...

Hands down. The best scooters in a 50 mile radius. Im going to leave my first review in this post. 9/15/24. Enough is enough. I goto scooters. 2 times a day total each trip is 14.41 I order a lg. caramelicious extra shot no whip cream. And lg iced mocha. Now I pay for these drinks and they are not cheap by any means. . More times lately. I get my drinks. No Xtra shot. Which I'm charged a 1$. Whipped cream on them. And I've already got a large cup of milk. It's really simple (Sunday morning crew) if you don't like your job find a new one. The customers are paying for these drinks ,there not free. At least try a little bit. With all that being said. Well, let me tell you how my scooter's experience was. First off, their breakfast sandwiches were amazing. They were hot, and fresh, the cheese was completely melted. Their coffee was amazing. I had the caramelicious blend with extra caramel and whip. Listen you can't go wrong with extra caramel. The presentation was great, I was curious if the drink would taste as good as it looks. Well, it didn't, it was much better! The coffee tasted amazing! You could taste the roast and of course the caramel, but it wasn't like how most coffee chain shops *cough *cough (Starbucks) tasted like which is like syrup.
