Taco John's — Restaurant in Nebraska City

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I ordered through the drive through. I was just passing through town. It was a $28 order. I ordered 2 super burritos w/ 2 green sauce, 2 meat and potato burritos, a small potato ole w/ a side of cheese sauce, and a super potato ole w/ a side of of cheese sauce. Well we got 1 bean burrito, 2 super burrito, and 1 meat and potato burrito. No super potato ole. Called them right away because too much construction that we couldn’t turn around. They didn’t know what to do. So they took my name and number and said the manager Denise will call me in the morning. What a joke. That was 10 days ago. I have called 3 times and stopped by once. Still nothing. It’s only $7 difference and 3 people with the wrong food and even 1 with no food at all. I will never go there again. Especially with Taco Bell just 2 blocks away. They don't have a manger on duty and it shows that place isn't ran properly at all I would never let one of my stores that I run ever treat customers that way and they are so far under trained and it shows I would be so ashamed if I where the owner of this branch you need a GM And a DM and shift leads and supervisors on every shift when you let your staff not have a manager on every shift your letting them do whatever they want and treat customers they way they want and it's sad that's how you lose customers when they mess up an order they don't apologize they argue and fight and be really nasty it's very sad that a restaurant is allowed to let there employees do things like this I was at there at 2:40 today even though I know nothing will get handled but wow so lucky I'm not...

So the dude from dairy queen has to run over and help them all the time - if youre the only car in the drive through youll get your food in 20 minutes - if there is one car in front of you - you will be waiting for the better part of an hour.

I have never seen anything like this from a fast food restaurant - you can get served in a fraction of the time by eating at a diner.

I have no idea how this place is still open, I give them a try about once a month and every time is a terrible experience, the reason I try is because taco johns is my favorite franchise.

They will not make your food correctly no matter what - they cant make the donut bites correctly, they cant make your salad correctly, they cant make the burritos correctly and theyre always going to forget...
