There wasn't any waiting. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. They didn't hurry my son and his friend while they ordered. The front counter staff was helpful in taking my order and suggesting some delicious opportunities that were on special. I had the Messie Millie and I have to say it was pretty darn good. I don't usually cater to jalapeños but I decided to brave it out and I'm glad I did. The portions were very adequate and I'm a big eater. My son and his friend thoroughly devoured their cheeseburgers, chicken tender slips and French fries. The restaurant was clean and bright. There was a bit of a snag at the napkin dispenser as it didn't want to release any napkins without shredding them first. I was surprised that they don't offer table ware out on the counters next to the condiments. It would make more sense to centralize the condiments and plastic ware close to the cashier station since the ranch dressing is there and they tend to it regularly. The little condiment paper cups were almost out. Overall experience was a strong 4 weak 5. Their chairs aren't all that comfortable but my kids enjoy the experience so we will ne going back to the location off 144th ST and...

We had an awful experience coming here. It started down pouring when we arrived. We tried to be respectful and have our card ready so the worker wouldn’t stand there with the window open. She handed us our card back and then told us to wait with the window open as she handed the drinks. As my mom was grabbing the drinks, the drink carrier completely ripped. We tried to salvage the drinks as the carrier broke. We had 5 drinks, two of them flipped over and spilled all over my mom’s car creating a big mess. It got all over her phone, our clothes and the interior of the car so we were desperately trying to remove the ice before it ruined the car. It was ripping before it was even fully handed to us and the worker did nothing. Didn’t offer us napkins, replacement drinks, anything, instead just said we could go ahead and pull to the second window. Luckily no food was missing and drinks were the only thing down on. It was moreso the fact that the worker didn’t care at all and offer any condolences whatsoever, not even napkins to attempt to clean...

I've been going to Don and Millies for years. Their food is good and service has been great. But today.... let me start with the food it was as good as it always is.

BUT... for the 60 to 90 seconds this girl Baylie S who is representing your company while I was trying to order , wow, the pure hateful attitude and snippy retorts, I was appalled. And when I asked if you have a military discount I got cut off with "we have never given any discounts" super sharp and louder than what she was talking before. So I don't know if I offended her by simply asking. But I assure you I was definitely offended by the attitude and aggressive nature she chose to speak to me. I am sad to say will not be returning to this restaurant for awhile, I hope by the next time I do, she will either be treating people better or not working in customer service any longer. If a manager is reading this, don't just take my word for it. Stand back and watch her I'm sure she will show her true colors. The way she acted was completely...
