I have so much to say but I don't even know where to begin I am just so angry right now. I have never been treated so POORLY as I was last night by Needham Houes of pizza. I will NEVER order or RECOMMEND them ever again....
Stuff service and ever thing else that follows is poor! Over 40 years in business... How?! Called stuff and was hung up on twice! And don't get me started on how Louis (if that is even his real name) the "delivery driver" started yelling at me on the phone because he's lost. I then called back and asked to speak to a Manager/owner. Guess what! The manager refused to speak to me, the owner's sister in law (Jennifer) referred me to his email to complain... What?! Is this how you do your customer? Great customer service experience! Nice to see they value my business!
3/13/19 UPDATE RESPOND TO OWNER Sorry I missed your call, umm.. I only missed ONE phone call (Monday @ 7:53pm) from a "blocked unknown" number and was left a voicemail. I couldn't heard a word in the voice message due to poor connection your phone was breaking up.
Let me attempt to make this clear ONE MORE TIME. I didn't hang up on your "delivery driver" or on your "sister-in-law". For someone to just hang up in MY FACE TWICE in the mist of a conversation, it's like a spit in the face. I don't tolerate disrespect on any level. I treat people how they treat me. I would never be rude to people who prepare my food. And it's hard for me to believe with your stuff "years of experience in the food service" your so called manager (sister-in-law) from what she told me over the phone. Would think it would be appropriate to hand the phone to your "delivery driver" to speak to me after a "confrontational situation" like that. That makes NO SENSE AT ALL.
For any potential customer reading this.... I hardly complain about where to go out to eat and I’m usually the person who says anything is okay and I don’t write bad reviews because I don’t like messing w/people’s financial situation but this place really ruined my night.
