I stopped in here for a coffee and the cashier told me all sizes were the same price so I ordered large and watch the register charge 50 more sense than what was posted on the wall. When I questioned her on it, she promised me that all sizes were the same price and yet was still trying to charge me 247 instead of $1.99 so then she said I can offer you the senior Which would make it the same price $1.99 so I accept and what do I get the smallest coffee that they have when I question her on that she said I offered you the senior the senior is a small. I said how would I know that when you just said every size is the same price and encourage me to get large She then said I can refuse your service and you need to leave the store when I ask for the manager and then she claims she was the manager. I hope McDonald’s corporate or the franchise owner sees this review because if that truly was a manager, no wonder they’re in needles Because no professional manager would ever speak to a customer like that in front of other customers when she was clearly wrong. Read moreThis location is easily accessible from the freeway. This is our go to place for coffee & a quick snack. It is always busy but it is comfortable & we can just relax & get ready to hit the road again. It can get really noisy but there are always many times it's busy but not a lot of noise. They have remodeled the dining area & it's very different, but still relaxing. Nothing really bold to scream right at you. We really enjoy the hospitality of the staff. They are professional, kind, courteous & accommodating. Always a smile to weary travelers. Makes one feel welcome and they enjoy serving you, not just taking your order & moving you along. Talking about staff, there it's a man who wears shirt & tie, who lacks in making a diner feel welcome. We have never seen him smile or make eye contact with us. I am going out on the limb & say we think he is the manager or owner. Needs customer relations training. Lastly, the negative are the restrooms. They need to be serviced by staff more often. Read moreWe arrived at the McDonald’s. Went to the bathroom and came out employees were yelling at each other. Saying “ don’t yell at me” I ignored it. Went to go put in my order McKenzie wasn’t professional and Polite at her job. Went to go grab my drink at the soda machine the cups were just along the wall. there was no ice. Had to wait for a manger or employee to get us some ice from the back and she over filled it. There was kids with another employee Alex that was off the clock not in uniform messing around with McKenzie while she was taking orders. Other people in the restaurant that had there orders on the counter no one was saying order numbers Everyone was confused. Well we were sitting down eating. We saw Alex that was off the clock had to fill the ice machine. He filled it twice. McKenzie was asking Alex for help. When we were about to leave McKenzie out of now where was yelling “ I love my job” from the back multiple times.
