The staff here is just as fantastic as their legendary coffee. We went all-out and ordered a lot of things: oat milk cappuccino with maple syrup (the BEST), a pour over specialty, and a cortado (aka “cheers” on their menu).
Some of the staff was training for their new location (which opens next week) and the espresso sat for a bit too long before we consumed it, so it was a little bitter. The coffee was fantastic: not at all bitter or acidic and pleasantly fruity. The pour over came in it’s own air-sealed pitcher and stayed super hot while we poured a few cups during our stay. Genius!
