I'm an otr trucker and often pick up loads from the nearby Tyson. It's a drop and hook but they like me to drop my empty asap. Which leaves me bobtailed for up to a day waiting for the loaded trailer. The front car parking lot is often busy with well cars and even with plenty of empty truck parking spots out back bobtails aren't allowed to park in truck parking at this loves. This is the one and only truck stop in America that I know of that won't let bobtails park in truck parking. There is no bobtail parking here. So as weird as it is I'm a truck driver on the road 7 days a week and can't stop at this McDonald's that's in a so called truck stop well I'm waiting on my trailer to be loaded. If the manager of the McDonald's has any say here please talk to loves management about allowing bobtail parking here. With a Tyson not far away ud get a lot more business. This loves is the mane reason I've stopped being a loves costumer. I'll pay a few cents more a gallon at truck stops that let me park to eat and shower. Almost 10 years otr experience and besides this place I have never been kicked out of a truck stop before for not having a trailer. I was told that I could park up front but the front parking lot was crowded and busy with cars there was plenty of empty truck parking in the back but since I was bobtailed I wasn't allowed to park in the truck parking lot. Besides there being plenty of empty parking spots there's was also a Subaru towing a small uhaul trailer and a pick up towing a motorcycle trailer taking truck parking spots. but me a otr truck driver in a semi wasn't allowed to park in...
Read moreHad a ~$18.00 order ready in the app. Walked in and filled my 2 CLEAN Yeti containers with ice. I hear someone behind me say “SIR!” It was the manager, let’s call her Karen. Karen explained, loudly, in a dining room full of people, that I should have asked her for the ice. Having travelled across the continental U.S., and never once having been treated so rudely for doing so, I’ve concluded that Karen’s issue lies elsewhere. I tan well, and was wearing my S.F. Giants hat. If I was a typical porcine bubba from the area, slobbering all over the soda station, I’m sure that Karen would have had no issues. As for why so many people were in the dining room, read the other reviews here. Karen and crew of incompetents can’t keep up. To McDonald’s Corporation: Read the other reviews here about lack of service, rudeness from management and staff, unclean conditions. We’re well into the 21st century FFS. I should feel welcome in any of your locations. This location needs a turn-around team. Fire everyone and bring the store into compliance with ALL of your standards....
Read morePretty horrible, ordered some food got there 2 minutes late and was told I wouldn’t get my food. Asked for a refund or if they could just go ahead and make my food, the person on the speaker got rude so I went inside to show that the app says they have to refund me. The two people behind antagonized me and tried getting me to fight them and called the cops. I never got violent and I stayed my distance just wanted my food or at least my money back, hopefully a manager or district manager could be of better service. All around don’t go here unless you want your order messed up or bad food/very miserable workers who will take it out on you. I was obviously visibly and verbally upset after being told I wasn’t getting my food or money back, I’ll update after today and see what happens. Worst comes to worst I can just get my attorney. If you go here at least go during lunch hours that’s when the good workers are there usually. Overnight people...
