Pizza Joe's — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

Being from out of town and loving our local Pizza Joe’s - after my daughter’s Dr. appt we decided to eat here. Big mistake - My daughter is a picky eater and I ordered a Calzone with just cheese and pepperoni. The girl at the register said ok Calzone add pepperoni. When they brought it out - it had sauce and ricotta in it. My daughter will not eat ricotta and only likes to dip in sauce. I went up to the counter and explained the situation and asked if we could get something else and was told we’d have to pay for it. Our local Pizza Joe’s makes my daughter Calzones with just cheese and pepperoni with sauce on the side. The girl at the counter was rude as was her manager. He said the we should have known that the calzones came with ricotta and sauce. There are menu items listed on the walls, but no ingredients, and the girl at the counter didn’t say anything to me when I ordered. Also, Roni rolls are bigger - but mostly dough - hardly any cheese or pepperoni. Don’t waste your time or money going here. Easy to see why completely empty at lunchtime! Terrible Customer Service! My mother in law ordered pizza there. We decided to pay over phone. After giving this store her card number, there were several transactions to amazon off of her card. It was one of the girls that answered the phone. Also, not to mention the fact that everytime you walk in, the girls working are gossiping and cussing. When I called to confront the store on someone using my mother in laws card, they told me oh no none of us have left the shop so there is possibly no way. But unfortunately when I asked for a manager , the man said I can just help you. Definitely not what I asked for. Been ordering for 11 years. Pizza n strombolis always awesome. This is from a former 6 year pizza shop worker and manager. Meatball calzone ordered today was worst ever. 4 medium meatballs in entire calzone, no mozzarella all ricotta cheese no red sauce. Wasted 10 bucks Threw it out. Went to subway ordered a 6 inch meatball for 7 bucks got 8 meatballs and better flavor. Suggest to this site ownership do things right. Or revamp how this...
