I was not impressed by their service. I had ordered my meal before my 2 other family members, and when they got their meals before I did, I wasnāt super worried, however, after maybe about 20 minutes pass by i realized maybe they didnāt see my order number on the table. I go wait in line again and when it was my turn I asked if my food was ready and the girl told me, ā I wouldnāt know, you would have to catch the server to tell you how much time is left for your foodā, okay very helpful š, so now Iām playing catch and trying to find a server through the restaurant and when I do I asked if my food was ready by chance (since again, my other family members got their food before me and we ordered similar items) the guy this time tells me āthe food comes in the order it comes byā. Now at this time I was left in awe at the terrible help I was given for my missing item. I sat back down at my table, with my order number still, and that same guy comes up to me and says your food order wasnāt placed in the system what did you order. I told him my order and he leaves, now maybe 2 minutes afterwards a different server comes up and says the same thing, and asked me my food order and takes my order number. At this point my family had finished eating and Iām debating on even waiting any longer since after all that my appetite was going away. By then I waited 30-40 minutes in total for my food to actually arrive. The server brings me my food and says āif you want to speak to my supervisor heās here and you can ask for a refund if you want since you waited long for your foodā. I also asked for no onions in my burger, but still got onions. I didnāt want to waste more time there since my family had been waiting for me to finish my meal, so we left. Iām just disappointed at how this went. We had friends join us later and the same happened to them, they ended up having to go up and ask for their food for it to be brought to them. It also seems the service is quite slow, especially since there was only us and one other customer at the time. There is nobody designated to take orders, you have to stand around until one of the cooks decides to talk to you. The terrible music being played in the kitchen makes the process unpleasant.
On the plus side, the taste and quality of the food is quite good. Also the busboys are very friendly...

She also brought us warm Pepsi in a bottle. When I asked for a glass of ice, she rudely said, "I don't have ice; you need to get it from the cashier." The line at the cashier was long, so I had two choices: leave my already cold food on the table and wait another 10-15 minutes for ice, or have my hot Pepsi in the bottle in the heat of summer. The service was terrible, and we didn't enjoy our cold food with warm Pepsi because the waitress wouldn't do the bare...
