We went here for an early dinner for Cinco de Mayo at 4:00 p.m. The food was good. However, the restaurant was definitely understaffed for such a busy day. One downfall was the Pina Colada which had a strange aftertaste. Needless to say, we did not drink it and asked for it to be removed from the bill. The Cadillac Margarita, while pricey at $13.00, was just okay. Also, it was odd that that the menu did not have the drink prices on it. After all was said and done, there was a long wait to get the bill. We asked for the bill many times but the waitress was too busy to come back, which was understandable. So, we decided to pay up front. While there, we tried to tell the hostess that the bill she showed us was not ours. She looked flustered because of the big line of people who had not yet been seated, so we told her to add on the cost of the Cadillac Margarita. In the end, we paid someone elseās bill (including a cash tip) that was more than what we actually ordered. That aside, we would still come back and hope on busier days that the waitresses...

Well, the server was great and friendly and got our cocktails quickly. The food came soon after. My husband ordered carnitas green chile burrito and I had pork carnitas taco bowl. The food was salty for our liking - it doesn't tasted like there was any other flavor on them but salt. We didn't get our water and extra napkins at all even though we ask 2 different staff for them. There seem to be a shortage in staff because we noticed one server, one busboy/porter, and a bartender? That was a big dining room for one server I thought...Nobody checked/asked on us the whole time. We had to get up and went to the cashier to pay. I wouldn't recommend this to our friends but you can see for yourselves. There was no problem in parking our car and the place was...
