TLDR: Started off OK but ended poorly

We were really excited to experience this place for the first time. I'm from out of town, so I love going to any new place in the Vegas area where I can get a beer and bet $20 or $40 on video poker.

When we got there, the parking lot was mostly empty. Upon getting to the entrance we saw a warning sign saying no gangs allowed. This is weird because I've been visiting the area for over 20 years and have not noticed a sign like that before.

We entered, and we were greeted by the manager immediately. That's awesome. We found a seat and proceeded to ask for a player card. They had some issues with my card and couldn't read it. I suspect that because Colorado has recently switched to the new Real ID that that was the reason they were having issues. As an FYI- my license worked fine flying through TSA. Management told me I had to play without a player card. Bummer. We decided we were going to just go somewhere else.

This is where we started to have issues. Unfortunately, I had already ordered a beer. It was a "tall" which is probably 20oz or so. Well, in order for me to leave I had to settle the bill (typically drinks are comp'd if you gamble). Anyway, to settle my bill for my COORS LIGHT I had to gamble $40. Forty dollars would buy you close to 48 beer bottles at the liquor store!)

As far as the environment..The staff was friendly. The clientele I would warn against. At no point was I threatened or anything, but I felt like I had to be aware of my surroundings at all times.

Anyway, my family and I won't be going there anymore. I felt that others would probably appreciate seeing a REAL review of this place. In general, I like to give businesses good reviews if I felt I was taken care of. But I had to give my honest opinion of this place. Feel free to experience for yourself, but I wanted to at least...

If I could give a -0 I would. My husband and I have been coming to this location since they opened. We realized that they don't comp drinks like other bars do. Typically it's 1 drink per $20 played. This location will charge every drink if you're not pumping $100 bills in the machine. I will put $80 they will still charge for drinks and I've always felt im being ripped off. Last night my husband and I went in we were eating, drinking, and playing consistently. We had just finished our food and Josh (the bartender) came upto my husband and told him he wasn't playing enough and there are other people waiting to play. Idc if you're waiting to play it's first come first serve and we were playing. He claimed it was idle for 30 minutes and it was being played. After we confronted him and the manager she said people who came in with us (noone came in at the same time) wanted to play. At any bar it's first come first serve and we were playing, eating, and drinking.. we weren't degenerates not spending money. It's clear to me that it's the bartenders friend and they wanted to play.. thats good people need to wait thier turn. We won't...

I’m a frequent customer at this location and I truly enjoy the environment and the service that is provided. My reason for giving a one star because today on Super Bowl Sunday I witnessed the bartender being very rude and unpleasant to me and other around me I don’t appreciate it at all. The bar is such a great atmosphere and when I seen a situation unfolding which seemed very unprofessional for a bartender to be speaking to the server in that kind of tone and attitude especially in front of a bar with so many people. The bartender that I experienced a pleasant experience from on multiple occasions not just on superbowl Sunday Her name is Melissa. She is very unprofessional and unpleasant bartender and this is my home area I live in and I enjoy this bar and I will make sure not to come on nights she is the bartender because I didn’t enjoy her professionalism at all especially when the bar is busy. It’s no need to be rude and have attitude towards your colleagues and when a customer notices that is not a good look for the bar and management should get involved and speak to this individual about...

First time at this location. They have locations around the valley. The Italian sausage soup was amazing. Forgive me for not posting a picture...the only reason I gave 4 stars on the dish I ordered, which was the Cajun pasta, was due to the fact that it was more like soup than an Cajun Alfredo sauce....in my humble opinion it should be a thick thick cream sauce. All the others I were with loved their food and the blackened chicken wrap comes highly recommended. Service was a tad slow...but sometimes that happens. I have to rate accordingly to my visit. The entire atmosphere was amazing!! Decore was a ski lodge...loved it!! Don't sleep on this location....and desover their other locations!!

Love the bartenders! The machines are hitting never for me but others I’m with so I can’t complain to much! Always fun to be here, always a good group of people to be around! Marlo is the best!! James is great, Kaeli makes the best drinks, and Peter is the sweetest! The absolute cherry on top to this whole place is ELVIS! The best hometown, down home good food you can get! Everything he makes is amazing! Great flavors and food combinations! This man knows his stuff!
