Ice Cream Factory and Cheese Shop — Restaurant in New Albany

I just came to this place to spend a nice day with my family, in general everything was super very nice and pleasant place, and I feel like having some ice cream and I go to make my line and the girl who served me asks me something in English and since I don't understand it very well I answered something that was not true and the guy who was charging at the register started laughing and making fun of me like something unpleasant is a lack of respect which I do not tolerate and leaves a lot to say about this place I asked them where the manager is and they told me that she was not there at all I had to endure their mocking laughter and leave with the bad attention I received.
