I called on a Wednesday for an order for Friday pickup spoke to the “manager” Kendall Smith who said I must come in to pay for it and cannot pay over the phone. I told him I couldn’t make it Wednesday but I could stop by Thursday and pay. I told him multiple times it was for a Friday pickup at 0800. Kendall told me that he would take my word and I can pay in person when I pick it up since I’m military and it was for a military event. Nice right? I came in Friday for pickup Kendall greets me with an attitude and says I told him the order was for Thursday and that there was nothing to pick up. He then said it will be at least 30 mins. I was dumbfounded that he wrote my date down wrong and then had an attitude! Since my event was beginning in 15 minutes at the battlefield I was screwed. I told him don’t worry about it and thanks for nothing. I walked out. In a minute I went back inside to place the order anyways as I figured 30 minutes is better than nothing. I told the girl behind the counter I needed to speak to the manager he looked at me from making sandwiches and looked back down and kept working. A few minutes go by and at this point I’m getting irritated as he is ignoring me. I say to him hey can you come talk to me and make this right? His response was I told you there is nothing I can do but remake the order and it will take at least 30 - 45 mins (45mins at this point) told him that’s exactly why I came back inside was to place another order and get the ball rolling. He was still attempting to ignore me and make sandwiches but then looked up again and said I don’t want to serve you anymore I’m going to have to ask you to leave.
So I get kicked out trying to place an order to a manager who screwed it up refused to take accountability and then doesn’t make anything right?!?!?!
Then I called corporate he said I cussed at him by saying this is “effing BS” and that’s why he kicked me out!?????
So he is a liar too with no work ethic. Cool.
Kendall Smith why did you refuse to serve me and then kick me out? Could you not handle simple managerial duties of accepting your error in the order and then make it right?
Don’t worry I’ve told my Marines they shall not go back to your store hope your franchise owner is good with that. Who by the way according to corporate was supposed to call but never did.

Read moreI love this Dunkin! I'm not sure if I would be able to function without them. It is a convenient location right on US-70E, easy to get in and out without fighting lots of traffic. The service is excellent and above average for most Dunkin locations, in my experience. Seems to be very well managed. I put my order in on the app, pick up at the window, and I'm on the road once again. As many times as I've been there, they never make a mistake with my order. Just be aware that there are a few churches nearby and the drive-thru is a 15-20 minute wait if you get caught in the church crowd. Plan to go early (7:45 or earlier) on Sundays and you'll be fine. An added bonus for bird nerds like myself: while you're waiting in the drive-thru line, keep yourself entertained by making an eBird checklist. There is almost always a Mockingbird somewhere near the dumpster. The field across from the drive-thru window usually holds a couple of Killdeer. There is a remote chance of a Green Heron somewhere around the retention pond during the summer months. My favorite is the Osprey nest on top of the cell tower, distant view without binoculars, but direct line of sight from the drive-thru. The company that owns the tower made an attempt a couple of years ago to clean off the nest and install a new antenna, but the Osprey came back and built a new nest. The nest is still active as of 2021, and the Osprey can often be seen or heard at the nearby...
Read moreI stood in line for 2 hours for a give away and go nothing. They said it was for the 1st 100 customers. But not true because they had in store and drive-thru getting service. DT went faster today so people came well after we all stood in line to go in. Not my complaint though, couldn’t use loyalty savings and a coupon. Said I’d do 2 transactions. Then my loyalty wouldn’t work because I got a latte, not plain coffee. So I can get $1 donut if I buy a cheap(relatively) cup of coffee, but not if I buy a $5 latte. It says hot or iced coffee. I thought lattes had coffee. Cashier says, oh now that I think about it you can only get regular coffee. Went to Starbucks. No wait. Always better service than Dunkin, even if you get a server having a bad. THEN, they are giving away Dunkin stuff. They had coupons on the table. I took one of those. They expired June 30th! My visit was July 2nd!!!! Parking is almost always bad at Dunkin and the DT is a poor configuration. This one is no exception to the rule. Went happy to give Dunkin a chance. Had fun in line.
